WEDNESDAYS

-7:00am CYCLE @ 24 Hour Fitness - 26th & 5th

-9:30am SPIN, and 10:30am VINYASA YOGA @
NYSC - Park Slope


-12:30pm CYCLE @ 24 Hour Fitness - 26th & 5th

-5:00pm TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING, and 6:00pm CARDIO KICKBOXING @ NYSC - 86th &     Lexington


THURSDAYS
-7:00am POWER SCULPT @ 24 Hour Fitness - 53rd & Lexington

-12:30PM SPIN @ NYSC - 49th & Broadway

-6:15pm TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING, and 7:00pm CARDIO KICKBOXING @ NYSC - 34th & Park

FRIDAYS
-12:30pm CARDIO KICKBOXING, and 1:15pm TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING at NYSC @ 51st & Lexington


SUNDAYS
